This requirement is being solicited under the GSA Professional Services Schedule for the provision of Grants Training and Outreach support services on behalf of FEMA's Grant Programs Directorate (GPD). A complete GSA solution is required. Only quotations submitted by SBA Certified 8(a) Firms holding an active GSA Professional Services Schedule under NAICS 541611 will be considered. The Government anticipates a single award GSA/BPA for Grants Training and Outreach Support Services (GTOSS) on behalf of FEMA/ Grants Program Directorate (GPD).
