THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. The U.S. Coast Guard’s Document and Media Exploitation (DOMEX)/Digital Forensics (DF) program has a requirement for commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) software and hardware to perform the function of DOMEX/DF in support of statutory missions. These functions include, but are not limited to, the collection and analysis of data lawfully obtained from mass media storage devices such as computers, laptops, USB thumb drives, external hard disk drives, rack mounted servers, CD-R and DVD-R discs as well as mobile devices to include but not limited to iOS devices, Android devices, Blackberries, feature phones, and satellite phones. The USCG DOMEX/DF Program also utilizes a suite of products developed by Cellebrite for performing DOMEX/DF on mobile digital devices (e.g. tablets, cell phones, smart phones, etc.).
