Title: REPAVE CGA, PSN 30134884 To repave various locations (Campbell Drive, Eagle Drive and Pickering Road, and Lot J) at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy in New London, CT. Location: Campbell Drive, work consists of removal of asphalt overlaid concrete pavement, concrete curbs, storm drainage structures and pipe, and portions of concrete sidewalk. Temporarily remove a USPS Mail Drop Box; installation of new storm drainage structures and pipe; construct HMA pavement, concrete curbs, concrete drop curbs, and concrete sidewalk; construct porous concrete motorcycle parking area consisting of pre-cast porous concrete slabs; segmental block retaining walls, and underdrain pipe system; apply pavement markings as shown on drawings; and re-install existing USPS Mail Drop Box in location identified on plans. Location: Eagle Drive and Pickering Road, work consists of removal of HMA pavement and bituminous curbing; install storm drainage catch basin, curb inlet, manhole, and associated pipe; construct HMA pavement and concrete curbs; reroute a storm drain trunkline, and apply pavement markings as shown on drawings. Location: Lot J, work consists of the removal of HMA pavement, curbing, concrete sidewalk, storm drainage catch basin, and storm drainage pipe; install new storm drainage catch basin and pipe; construct traditional HMA pavement for drive aisles and porous asphalt pavement for parking stall; construct concrete sidewalks and curbing; apply pavement markings as shown on drawings.
