SCOPE 1.1 Intent. This work item describes the requirements for the Contractor to remove existing decking system (Barenaked LT Plank WRT), but retain deck coating. Then, install underlayment, and replace with wear resistant tile deck covering system (Barenaked LT Plank WRT) in rooms/areas as listed in Table 1. (approximately 400 square feet). Potential contractor is highly encourage to do site visit prior to submitting quotation.
