The Contractor shall provide quality temporary lodging for approximately 90 Coast Guard personnel. The Contractor shall provide quality temporary lodging for approximately 90 Coast Guard personnel. It is anticipated to make an award at one of the following locations: Mare Island Dry Dock LLC, 1180 Nimitz Avenue, Vallejo, CA 94592; Everett Ship Repair, 2730 Federal Avenue, Everett, WA 98201; Austal USA, 1313 Bay Marina Drive, National City, CA 91950. Mare Island Dry Dock and Austal USA lodging facilities shall be outside of 8 miles, but within a 25-mile radius. Everett Ship Repair lodging facility shall be within a 25-mile radius. The Contractor shall provide 20 single occupancy rooms, and 35 double occupancy rooms for Coast Guard personnel. Each lodging location may be divided amongst no more than two (2) separate physical locations. If the Contractor provides lodging at more than one (1) location, at least half of the requested single occupancy rooms shall be provided at each location. If the contractor provides two (2) lodging locations, they shall be no more than 2 miles apart. Dates for lodging at 15 April 2026 through 13 August 2026 (120 nights).
