Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis constitutes a solicitation and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through federal acquisition regulation circular 2022. This is a brand name contracting action is in accordance with Federal Aquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(2)(b) and 6.303-2 modified to reflect procedures in 13.5 (a)(ii). See attached JOTFOC. The contract type will be a Firm Fixed price purchase order.
