This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6 and part 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z03825QE0000007 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Number 2025-01, effective 12 November 2024. IAW FAR 6.302-1(a)(1), the United States Coast Guard (USCG). Aviation Logistics Center (ALC) plans to award one (1) purchase order and negotiate only with Leonardo SPA (CAGE Code A1512) as the only known source of supply. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336413. The small business size standard is 1,250 employees. This is an unrestricted requirement. It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded on a sole source basis as a result of this solicitation for the purchase of the following items: SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES Line Item 1 Nomenclature/Description: Flight Control Kit National Stock Number (NSN): 1730-15-198-0512 Part Number (PN): G0002700003 Initial Quantity: one (1) each Optional Quantity:* up to two (2) each Manufacturer CAGE Code: A1512 Required Delivery Date: one hundred sixty (160) days after receipt of order (ARO) Line Item 2 Nomenclature/Description: Electronic Dynamometer Part Number (PN): DIN 107 Initial Quantity: two (2) each Optional Quantity:* up to four (4) each Manufacturer CAGE Code: A1512 Required Delivery Date: five (5) months ARO) * 52.217-6 Option for Increased Quantity Mar 1989 At the time of award, the USCG will place an order for the purchase of one (1) each Flight Control Kit and two (2) each Electronic Dynamometers. IAW with FAR 52.217-6 clause, the USCG may require an additional two (2) each Flight Control Kits and an additional four (4) each Electronic Dynamometers at the same price specified in the original purchase order. The Contracting Officer may exercise this option by written notice to the Contractor through one year after date of award. Delivery terms for additional orders shall be the same as called for in the original purchase order unless the parties otherwise agree.
