Amendment 1 - is issued to clarify sample numbers, sample kit requirements and testing results submission timeframe. Please see the updated Amendment 1 SOW and Amendment 1 Schedule. The closing date has been extended to June 26th 2024. ========================================================================== This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR subpart 12.6 and part , as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z03824QE0000040 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 effective 22 May 2024. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 541380. The small business size standard is $19 Million. It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price contract consisting of one (1) one year-base period and, if exercised, four (4) one-year option periods will be awarded as a result of this synopsis/solicitation. The total duration of the contract shall not exceed five (5) years. Please carefully review this solicitation’s attachments for additional information on this requirement.
