Classification Code: 336411-Other Aircraft Part and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing Title: Overhaul Actuator, Oil Cooler used on the USCG C-130 Aircraft This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z03822QH0000003 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021- 07 effective 09/10/202 I. This requirement will be satisfied using FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation is l 00% Set-Aside for Small Business. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 336411. The small business size standard is 1,500 employees. The Government anticipates that a firm-fixed-price purchase order will be issued for overhaul of th1 components/items specified in the Schedule as a result of this synopsis/solicitation. Price quotes shall be provided on the attached Schedule. NOTE: No drawings, specifications, or schematics are available from this agency. The USCG intends to issue an order for a quantity of Three (3) overhauls. Per FAR 52.217-6 Optim for Increased Quantity, the USCG may increase the quantity by Twelve (12) overhauls, for a maximum quantity of Fifteen (15) at the same unit price as the original order, for up to three hundred and sixty-five (365) days after the initial award date. PLEASE NOTE: The Contracting Officer will execute a unilateral modification if the USCG chooses to exercise this option.
