This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The work consists of providing all labor, equipment, material, transportation, supervision, items and services necessary to ensure the removal of existing flooring and installation of new luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring approximately 1660 square feet at Base Seattle.
