Synopsis for Video Surveillance System (VSS) Installation at the Phillip Burton Federal Office Building and Courthouse Request for Quotation (RFQ) 70RFPW20RW9000004 The US Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Protective Service (FPS) intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed-price purchase order for the installation of a Video Surveillance System (VSS) Installation at the Phillip Burton Federal Office Building and Courthouse, Golden Gate Ave., San Francisco, CA 94102. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, management, supervision, training, licenses, and permits to provide the services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561621, the Product Service Code (PSC) is N063 and the size standard is $20.5 million. The source selection process to be utilized for this acquisition is best value with trade-offs. The submission requirements and evaluation criteria will be defined in the Request for Proposal (RFP). The Period of Performance for the installation is no later than 60 business days after the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. No contract award shall be made to any contractor that does not have an active registration in the System for Award Management at such time as the government is prepared to make an award.
