The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Removal Operations (ERO), 287(g) Program Management Office (PMO), a component of the Criminal Apprehension Division, is issuing this Sources Sought Notice (SSN) as a means of conducting market research to identify parties (SDVOSBs) having an interest in and the resources to provide all labor, supervision, and management of contract staff in the performance of administrative and travel scheduling support services for 287(g) Program Management Office 500 12th Street SW Washington, DC 20024. No solicitiation is currently available and this notice does not guarantee a solicitation is or will be forthcoming. This Sources Sought notice is for Market Research purposes only. All information contained herein is preliminary, and subject to changes and/or cancellation at the discretion of the Government. Interested vendors shall provide responses to this notice voluntarily, and at no cost to the Government. The information requested will be used solely within the Department of Homeland Security to facilitate decision making and will not be disclosed outside of the Government. Based upon information received in response to this Sources Sought Notice, the Government shall decide on a procurement strategy, which shall include the type of small business set-aside, if appropriate. The eventual procurement strategy and set-aside, if appropriate, is solely within the discretion of the Government. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561110 and the small business size standard is $12.5M. Potential Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for an award (See https://www.sam.gov/SAM/pages/public/index.jsf). Potential Offerors must also have a current Online Representations and Certification Application on file with SAM. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses shall have their ownership and control verified by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and be listed in the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) at https://vetbiz.va.gov/vip/. Brief Description Services: Services may include, but are not limited to: Maintain calendars, coordinate meetings; Maintain and manage shared documents and tasks; Prepare and maintain information packets; Track the status of a wide range of projects and provide regular status updates; Track the status of documents through the review and edit process to ensure timely completion; Provide input and assist with efficiency and process improvement efforts; Organize paperwork and supplies; Provide administrative support with asset management: Annual Property inventory; Assignment of assets; Tracking and documenting asset assignment. Provide administrative support with Time and Attendance and payroll management; Provide administrative support for credential issuance and control; Perform other administrative duties related to fiscal management. Coordinate travel methods with field POCs; Research travel options, complete travel authorizations and process travel vouchers.
