No responsive or technically acceptable offers were received that met the domestic end-product requirement for the valves. Offerors are invited to submit revised proposals based on the requirement. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation Nr 52000QR260000178 for a commercial items prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subpart 12.6, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 336611. This synopsis/ solicitation is issued pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b), and the resultant purchase order will be awarded on a firm-fixed price basis using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13. Firm Fixed Price Proposals shall be detailed and include information from the SOW demonstrating an understanding of all the requirements in the SOW.
