Provide all labor, material, tools, equipment and supervision to repair the exterior living room roof of the following two story houses: 3 Cliff Rd, 12 Cliff Rd and 65 Hook Road in the Housing Area at the U.S. Coast Guard Base Detachment Borinquen, Aguadilla, P.R. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Minimal demolition to properly prepare the area to receive work. Create proper slope and correct drainage issues to prevent pooling on the balconies. Using a cold application method, encapsulate the roof, walls, and overhang using a sealing product to create a weather/waterproof durable and seamless elastomeric membrane for preserving the existing roofing system. The sealant applied to the overhang and exposed vertical surfaces perpendicular to the overhang shall be of the same color as the existing building. Provide and install approximate 1000 square feet of slip resistant tile and appropriate grouting material. Paint all walls with existing paint color after installing tile and grout. Contractor is responsible for field verifying and providing the appropriate square footage of tiling. Period of performance is 30 working days from award. Perform all work in accordance with the specifications herein. GOVERNMENT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO: Remove approximately 1000 square feet of tile.
