The Government is contemplating a single award of a competitive, commercial, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order, using the purchase order which represents the best value to the Government using trade-off procedures for the services described in these instructions. This solicitation is open to all Small Business participation. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has a requirement for Passenger Transport Services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
