If interested, please submit your companies quote to Daniel.J.Diffenderfer@uscg.mil by the due date. Scope of Work: Provide parts and labor to open a failed safe lock, replace the lock, repaint if necessary, and ensure functioning properly - The combination was recently changed and we are no longer able to open the safe - The safe is aboard a ship docked at the Base Sand Island. - The safe is a Class 6 GSA approved Alpha Safe - Currently installed lock is a Kaba Mas X-10 - Vendor must be GSA certified locksmith and their certification is still in good standing - Drill an X-10 to repair the control drawer to bring it back into operational compliance. - The locksmith will also need to install a new X-10 lock on the control drawer. RFQ Due Date: 3/25/2022 Approximate Perod of Performance (POP): 3-25-2022 to 4-25-2022 Completion Date: The Coast Guard would like to get the work completed as soon as possible, but not later than the end of the period of performance. The exact date of service will be mutually agreed upon by the unit point of contact and the vendor. Place of Performance / Delivery Location: Base Honolulu Sand Island Pier Delivery Date: Indicate the date when you belive you can realistically perform the services or get the item delivered on island. Credit Card Fee: Indicate on the quote any credit card processing fee you would charge. Award Criteria: The award will be based upon the best overall value to the government.
