This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,” and FAR 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Items; and FAR 37.101 – Non-Personal Services Contracts. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-05. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is: 621112 – Offices of Physicians, Mental Health Specialists, with a small business size standard of $12.0 million. The Billings Area IHS intends to award multiple Indefinite Delivery – Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts in response to RFQ-10-20-025-KN.The Government reserves the right to award multiple contracts. Offerors are encouraged to submit multiple offers presenting alternative proposals to satisfy the requirements of this solicitation. Each offer submitted will be evaluated separately.
