The Billings Area Indian Health Service is issuing this Special Notice RFQ(SN)-CSU-22-013-JJP Sources Sought Synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify any potential vendors including IEE (Indian Economic Enterprise) or ISBEE (Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise) sources pursuant to the Buy Indian Act (25 USC 47). The Indian Health Service is attempting to locate qualified and eligible IEE and ISBEE sources “Native American Owned and Operated Businesses” that can provide a Requirement for Pest Control Services for the Crow/Northern Cheyenne IHS Hospital, Crow Agency, Montana, 59022. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to the procurements is: 561710 and the small business size standard is $12.0 million. Pest Control Services are required for The Crow/Northern Cheyenne Indian Health Service (Crow Service Unit) located in Crow Agency, Montana. The CSU is a 24-bed health facility with 2 Satellite clinics serving the Crow Reservation in South Central Montana. Pest Control Services are required to ensure the prevention/treatment of Rodents, Insects, and other Vermin. Place of Performance: Crow Service Unit b. Pryor Health Clinic c.
