The Billings Area Indian Health Service is issuing this Special Notice RFQ(SN)-CSU-22-011-JJP Sources Sought Synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify any potential vendors including IEE (Indian Economic Enterprise) or ISBEE (Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise) sources pursuant to the Buy Indian Act (25 USC 47). The Indian Health Service is attempting to locate qualified and eligible IEE and ISBEE sources “Native American Owned and Operated Businesses” that can provide a Requirement for Regulated Medical Waste Disposal Services for the Crow/Northern Cheyenne IHS Hospital, Crow Agency, Montana, 59022 and 2 Satellite Clinics. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to the procurements is: 562112 and the small business size standard is $41.5 million. The Vendor shall The Contractor shall provide waste receptacles, complete pick-up, transportation off-site, destruction and disposal of services for regulated Medical Waste generated at all CSU locations. Contractor shall provide an all-inclusive rate (including time, travel and labor costs, pickup fee, fuel surcharge fees) for Monthly services. Place of Performance: Crow Service Unit b.
