The proposed contract action is to provide non-personal professional CLINICAL LABORATORY SCIENTIST OR MEDICAL TECHNICIAN AT HOPI HEALTH CARE CENTER LOCATED IN POLACCA, ARIZONA in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). Period of Performance – Estimated base period of 30 June 2025 thru 29 June 2026.
