The Indian Health Service, Phoenix Area Office, Division of Acquisition Management (DAM) is seeking Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) / Buy Indian Act (BIA) Sources to provide Telephonic services in Fort Yuma (401 Picacho Rd, Winterhaven, California 92283. Subsequently, in absence of responses to this Sources Sought Notice the Government intends to award the services under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Requirement (Scope of Work-Attachment 1) is attached to this notice. Note that contrary to what is outlined in the Statement of work, a proposal is not required, as this is a preliminary notice in support of Market Research in an effort to support Agency Requirements for Indian Health Service. If you are an IEE you will need to certify on the IEE Representation Form (Attachment 2) If you are a Telephonic/Internet Entity able to provide the services in the designated area (however not an IEE or BIA Business Entity), please advise us on your status and capabilities as well.
