INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order to the Carahsoft Technology Corp., 11493 Sunset Hills Road, Suite 100, Reston, VA 20190 purchase a Slack Enterprise in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Under the authority of FAR 69.301-1 U.S.C. 2304, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies and Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. A justification and approval is currently being processed for this requirement. This requirement is intended as a sole source procurement because Carahsoft is the only known reseller for Slack Enterprise Select for 100 Users for one base year and 2 option years. Quotes due on or before Tuesday, November 8, 2022 by 1:00 pm EST. NAICS CODES: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 423430 (Computer and Computer Peripheral Equipment and Software Merchant Wholesalers 250). INTERESTED PARTIES: All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. In order to qualify as a potential contractor for this procurement must have the exact licenses as stated in the statement of work and prove to be a reseller of the licenses. To be considered, interested vendors must submit technical literature describing their capability to effectively satisfy this requirement, as well as terms and conditions and a complete price quote within 5 days of this notice, to the following electronic mail address: renee.wallaceabney@cms.hhs.gov.
