The Billings Area Indian Health Service, Northern Cheyenne Service Unit in Lame Deer, Montana intends to award a non-competitive sole -source contract to Range Telephone Cooperative for the Northern Cheyenne Service Unit. Range Telephone Cooperative is the only service provider in the area of Lame Deer, Montana. The purchase order shall consist of a 12 month period. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive quotes. There will be no solicitation available for competive quotes. Phone calls will not be accepted. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be an advantage to the Government. If there is no affirmative written response received by 3:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST) January 5, 2022, the contract will be issued without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely the discretion of the Government.
