PRESOLICITATION NOTICE (SYNOPSIS) The Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit, located in/at 516 E. Nizhoni Blvd, Gallup, NM 87301 has an upcoming requirement for a BPA for removable dental prosthetic appliances on an as needed basis. The anticipated period of performance is 1/1/2023 – 4/30/2023. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 339114- Dental Equipment and Supplies Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 750 employees. The Request for Quotations No. 75H71023Q00018 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by 12/21/2022. Evaluation factors may include technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government’s requirements, and price. Quotes will be due on or by 12/27/2022 at 11:00AM (MST). The acquisition is a total small business set-aside. In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have – and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) – an active profile in the System for Award Management at beta.SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.
