Market research indicates that there are other companies with the capability to recruit Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs). However, it's crucial to note that the contractor has already completed half of the FQHC Electronic Health Record (EHR) work. Given this substantial progress, it makes logical sense to entrust them with the maintenance and ultimate completion of the remaining FQHC EHR work. This approach ensures consistency, compatibility, and efficiency, ultimately saving both time and government resources by awarding BPA Call 75D30124F19541 in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(C); In the interest of economy and efficiency, the new work is a logical follow-on to an original Federal Supply Schedule order provided that the original order was placed in accordance with the applicable Federal Supply Schedule ordering procedures.
