The Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Pacific Southwest Medical Products Laboratory conducts a range of microbiological analyses on medical products to determine if they meet USP and other regulatory requirements. The laboratory requires that the existing three (3) Getinge Sterility Testing Isolators have upgraded software installed that will allow for network connectivity to the laboratory instrument server that will in turn allow for the routine, automatic back up of data generated on these instruments. The ability to back up instrument data is a requirement of the laboratory’s ISO accreditation. The Contractor shall upgrade the instrument software to allow for network connectivity as it is required for the routine and automatic back up of instrument data.
