A one (1) year warranty minimum with the option to purchase additional warranty coverage or guarantee preventative maintenance options for a specified period in the future is highly desirable. Coverage on all non-consumable items and parts supplied including unlimited on-site service visits with a maximum 72-hour on-site response time, factory-certified replacement parts, engineer labor and travel costs, software updates and notifications. The warranty begins at the time of full delivery and successful installation of the system in the laboratory.
