The Contractor shall provide UPLC instrumentation with identical technical specifications and functional features as the Acquity Classic UPLC on which the method was developed and validated. Services shall include delivery of the instrumentation to the laboratories as specified, as well as on-site installation, qualification, training, and standard equipment warranties. The Contractor shall provide six (6) new KingFisher (or equivalent) Food Protection Purification System Contractor shall provide delivery of the instrument to the FDA Laboratories as listed below and provide on-site installation and performance qualification by a qualified service technician. Contractor shall demonstrate upon installation that all items meet performance specifications and provide documentation of required qualifications (IQ/OQ/PQ) at completion of installation. Instrument shall not be accepted until the specifications have been met and the qualifications performed. Contractor shall provide on-site instrument familiarization to the analysts who will be operating the instrument. Contractor shall provide a warranty for each entire system for parts and labor for 12 months from the date of installation acceptance.
