The system should have an operating volume between 30-100L, be completely mobile for use in a ballroom suite, and be equipped with in-line sensing and built-in load cells. The system should be capable of monitoring, recording, and trending temperature, pH, conductivity, and weight; it should also remotely automate and control pH and temperature.
