The purpose of this RFI is to help the FDA understand the technical capabilities for providing the full range of services described in the Statement of Work (SOW) attached at the end. FDA will use this market research information to assess the market's capability to successfully meet Sparx EA Annual Subscription (or the equivalent) requirements.
