Attachment 1 – Statement of Work (SOW)Amendment 1: Summary: The purpose of this amendment is to answer Contractor-posed question to the solicitation. The questions posed does not merit extending the response deadline. As a result, the response date will remain unchanged as April 1, 2020. Questions and Answers: Question #1: How many samples need to be recorded on the final Certificate of Calibration that we will prepare for each pipette? How many As Found samples and How many As Left samples at each volume (low, Mid and High) will be noted on the Certificate of Calibrations? Answer: Each certificate should display ten measurements in “As Found” condition. If the pipette is not functional, the pipette should be repaired (if possible). The pipette should receive preventative maintenance. Each certificate should display ten measurements in “As Left” condition. The pipette is determined “Pass”, if the pipette passes the acceptance criteria in “As Left” condition. Amendment 2: Summary: The purpose of this amendment is to clarify requirements of the solicitation and to extend the date responses are due. - Clarifications are addressed in Attachment 1 - Statement of Work (SOW) Amendment 2. Track Changes was used to identify clarifications. - As a result of the clarifications needed in the SOW, the deadline has been extended to 1:00 PM Central Time, April 15, 2020.
