End of Amendment No 1 ************************************************************************************* The objective of this IDIQ is to obtain baseline survey data on FDA-regulated food, agricultural water, cosmetics products, and environmental samples. These products shall be analyzed for the presence of and, in some cases, levels of one or several pathogens, including, but not limited to, Salmonella, Listeria monocytogenes, E. coli O157:H7, non-O157:H7 STECs, Shigella spp., Campylobacter spp., Vibrio spp., Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus cereus, Cronobacter spp., COVID-19, Norovirus, hepatitis A, Cyclospora, and Cryptosporidium. The contractor shall conduct whole genome sequencing (WGS) of collections of food and environmental isolates, or other microorganisms of interest to FDA, have the capacity to submit the WGS data to NCBI database.
