This is for a base period plus 4 option periods service maintenance agreement for NIEHS Bio-Rad QX200 Droplet Digital PCR Reader that allows the NIEHS Genomics Core Lab to perform droplet digital PCR (ddPCR) analyses in the most efficient manner available to us. The comprehensive service agreement includes parts, labor & travel for repairs, remote online and phone assistance, plus any software upgrades issued during the maintenance period of performance.
