The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Cancer Institute (NCI), Office of Space and Facility Management (OSFM) intends to procure parking garage services for 1,963 parking spaces and 10 motorcycle spaces in a parking garage structure located at the NCI Shady Grove Campus for the exclusive use of NCI employees and visitors. NCI plans to procure this requirement in accordance with FAR Part 12 commercial procedures as stated in FAR Part 12.603 via written Request for Quotation. The North American Industry Classification System code is 531120 and the associated business size standard is $30M. It is anticipated that the Justification and Approval for Other than Full and Open Competition pursuant to FAR Part 6.302-1 will be approved to solicit a quotation from the following intended source via email: USGBF NCI, LLC 9830 Colonnade Blvd Ste 600 San Antonio, TX, 78230-2209 Unique Entity ID: JJKKEQMPD9Q4 This intended source is the sole proprietor and lessor of the garage which is adjacent to the NCI Shady Grove building. Additionally, market research revealed no other entity that can provide the required parking garage services within a reasonable radius of the NCI Shady Grove campus, thus serving as the basis for the approval of the associated J&A. All responsible sources may request a copy of the solicitation and may submit quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All questions must be submitted via email to Michelle Nguyen, Contract Specialist at michelle.nguyen2@nih.gov. Requests for the solicitation are due no later than 3:00 P.M. ET November 10, 2022 (11/10/2022). Only one (1) award will be made as a result of this solicitation. It will be awarded as a firm fixed price type contract with one (1) base period, and four (4) option periods, on or about February 6, 2023. Disclaimer and Important Notes.
