The Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit (Gallup Indian Medical Center located in Gallup, New Mexico, 87301 and Tohatchi Health Center located in Tohatchi, New Mexico 87325) has an upcoming requirement for a replacement/installation of the Nurse Call System. The period of performance will be as follows: Date of Award through one calendar year. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 541512 with a small business size standard of $34.0 Million. The Request for Quotations No. 75H71024Q00095 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by 06/12/2024. Evaluation factors may include: Technical Capabilities with details Cost, to include products, installation fees and delivery costs as applicable Delivery and project schedule Past Performance – Provide at least two previous Nurse Call Installation and Configuration contracts that have been completed within the last two years, specific to a Nurse Call System in a hospital. For submission requirements, refer to the provision at 52.212-1 and any associated addenda. Failure to follow instructions and/or to provide required information may render your quote unacceptable. Quotes will be due on or by 07/11/2024. The acquisition is unrestricted. In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have – and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) – an active profile in the System for Award Management at SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.
