This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). The Contracting Officer has determined only one brand to be reasonably available. The Government intends to solicit for the supply of Immersify - Dental Training Application for the next three years. Justification is attached.
