The Indian Health Service (IHS) has determined a need to provide for the procurement and installation of this project which consists of furnishing all labor, transportation, tools, equipment, materials, and performing all operations for installation of an individual septic system with a drip mound drainfield on Trust land on the Tulalip Reservation in Snohomish County, WA. The proposed septic system is to consist of solid sewer pipe, an underground cleanout, a 1,250-gallon concrete septic tank rated for 480 gallons/day, a 1,250-gallon pump chamber tank, and all controls. The system will include approximately 500 linear feet of supply and return line and manifold, and approximately 1,365 square feet of sand mound drainfield containing 480 feet of drip line. Any permits, including the Department of Ecology Notice of Intent/Washington Water Resources Department (WWRD), are the responsibility of the contractor.
