The licenses will include a user fee based on the total number of CDC users. Like all federal agencies, CDC has a need to provide real-time listening and reporting on social media conversations and sharing. Provides real-time social conversation, topic trends, influencers, and analytics data across forums, social networks, blogs and micro-blogs effectively for CDC’s CIOs and Emergency Operation Center. As previously posted in the presolicitation notice , this is a competitive solicitation for commercial items. Quotes shall be emailed to Monique Coney, at mconey@cdc.gov no later than 5:00pm EST July 31, 2020. No telephonic quotes will be processed. Evaluation and award of responses shall be performed in accordance with FAR 13.106-2 Evaluation of Quotations or Offers and FAR 13.106-3 Award and Documentation. Offerors shall submit any questions to Monique Coney at mconey@cdc.gov. RFQ #75D301-20-Q-72212 is attached to this announcement. Offerors are cautioned to read all information and follow all instructions contained in the RFQ. Failure to submit all required information may result in a proposal being ineligible for award.
