This requirement has been opened up to Full and Open Competition due to lack of offors The Indian Health Service Mid-Atlantic Service Unit’s mission is to raise the physical, mental, and spiritual health of the Native American population that lives in the geographic area. The mission is implemented by providing Direct Care Services such as labs to our patients. Mid-Atlantic Service Unit located at, 3880 Roxbury Rd, Charles City, VA 23230 requires outsourced medical diagnostic testing of a variety of specimens that include but are not limited to blood, sputum, tissue, urine, and stool. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
