The Office of Computational Sciences (OCS) has purchased and deployed SEND Explorer Plus for this purpose as a pilot program. Now the decision is made to expand the pilot program to be able to fully support CDER’s Office of New Drugs (OND) with regulatory review. In order to accomplish the new objectives, OCS needs to upgrade the current SEND Explorer Plus software to SEND Explorer Warehouse, or an equal to solution package with additional functions and customization
