MULTIPLE AWARD IDIQ FOR SUPPORT OF VACCINE SAFETY DATALINK MANDATORY CRITERIA FOR AWARD: Offeror shall demonstrate they have a birth cohort of ?2000 births per year on average over the most recent 3-year period. Offeror shall demonstrate they have an existing functional electronic vaccination registry or electronic vaccination tracking system which includes at a minimum vaccine type, vaccination date, and vaccine manufacturer for their enrolled population. Offeror shall demonstrate they have a unique identifying number for each member of the study population that permits linkage of automated vaccination records with other medical records, which includes demographic information, outpatient and inpatient diagnoses, and procedures. Offerorshall demonstrate they have written authorization from the offeror’s institution to access all data required for the project and to provide access to the required data to both the government and other participating sites. Offeror shall demonstrate they have the ability to include data (as described above in #3) from their health plans, including data from their electronic vaccination registry or electronic vaccination tracking system, beginning January 2007 or earlier, and continue through the current contract year.
