THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY to identify training, auditing and accreditation service providers for laboratory quality management systems (LQMS) and technical test methods for laboratories operated by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Auditing and accreditation services must include a wide range of International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and applicable laboratory related US regulatory requirments for technical and QMS standards, in addition to CDC laboratory activities and policies. Single vendor and vendor consortium responses are invited. The information provided in the RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the U.S. Government. The CDC has not made a commitment to procure any of the items discussed, and release of this RFI should not be construed as such a commitment or as authorization to incur cost for which reimbursement would be required or sought. All RFI submissions will become property of CDC and vendors will not have submissions returned.
