Subcontractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision required to provide a one 345 KV Dead Tank Circuit Breaker and the required protective devices necessary for safe and efficient operation of the 345 KV Dead Tank Circuit Breaker (Line Item 001) as delineated in the attached specification and drawings. The selected Subcontractor shall deliver the quantity specified and in compliance with all requirements in the specification and drawings documents. All equipment will be provided in accordance with the required quality management plan and subject to the specified acceptance criteria. The Subcontractor may not substitute proposed key personnel or production locations named in their proposal without FRA approval. The replacement of key personnel or production location must possess similar characteristics equivalent to or exceeding that of the key personnel or location being replaced
