Washington River Protection Solutions, LLC (WRPS) acting under its contract with the U.S. Department of Energy – Office of River Protection, requests Offeror to submit a proposal for a Time and Material type of subcontract to provide Professional and Technical Support to 222S Operations; Managed Task (BMA). Part A of this Solicitation describes the proposal submittal requirements, instructions, and applicable exhibits/certifications. Part B contains all of the solicitation exhibits.
