Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) Upper Great Plains (UGP) region has a requirement for the supply and installation of 3 brand name or equal to truck bodies on existing trucks. The Government intends a single, firm fixed-price purchase order to the responsible small business whose quote represents the lowest price of all technically acceptable (LPTA) quotes received in response to this solicitation. Submissions must include complete product specifications and the number of days required to complete performance. Offerors are required to be located within 250 miles of 110 Iowa Ave NE, Huron, SD 57350 (see Delivery section of the Specifications for further details). Please review clause WES-L-2001, addendum to FAR clause 52.212-1 for specific instructions. All quotes must be submitted electronically via email to Tyson Thomas, Contract Specialist, at tthomas@wapa.gov on or before the solicitation closing date and time stated in block 8 to be considered.
