This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are hereby being requested under this combined synopsis/solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued. This RFQ is being issued as 100% small business set aside, and the assigned NAICS is 562991. This requirement is being solicited as a commercial item acquisition prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 12 and 13. Requirement Details: The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Sierra Nevada Region (SNR), requires a contractor to furnish, service, and maintain six (6) portable single user toilet units and three (6) hand washing stations which meet or exceed applicable Architectural Barriers Act (ABA) requirements. The contract period of performance is October 1, 2022, through September 30, 2023, for the base year. There will be a total of four optional years available. Additional details are provided in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
