The Department of Energy (DOE), Naval Reactors Laboratory Field Office (NRLFO) requires Psychological Assessment Services in relation to employment eligibility at various U.S. locations. Services shall entail psychological assessment and testimony at administrative review hearings. Board certified psychiatrists or licensed clinical psychologists performing assessments must be eligible to receive and maintain a Department of Energy “Q” Access Authorization. Primary locations of service are listed below. Primary assessment locations within a 50 mile radius: Niskayuna, New York, West Mifflin, Pennsylvania, Idaho Falls, ID, Washington D.C., Lynchburg, VA, Erwin, TN The contract will consist of four ordering periods, with each ordering period being twelve (12) months in duration. The government reserves the right to award individual contracts or one contract for all locations. The NAICS code for this requirement is 621112 with a size standard of $12 million. The solicitation, 89233022QNR000018, will be released on or about December 06,2021. After release, one may obtain a copy of the solicitation associated with the synopsis on this website. It is the contractor’s responsibility to check this website periodically for amendments.
