This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL), a Department of Energy (DOE) Laboratory operated and managed by Brookhaven Science Associates (BSA), is seeking proposals from qualified Offerors to provide an employee Service and Retirement Recognition Awards Program. All proposals must comply with the Request for Proposal (RFP) letter and supporting enclosures. Any questions concerning this RFP must be addressed via email to the attention of Jeanhei Christy at jchristy@bnl.gov, and must include RFP # 442789 in the subject line. Amendment 1 to RFP 442789 provides all potential offerors with answers to questions received in response to the solicitation. It also provides a revised Statement of Work (SOW) containing changes in sections 6.3, 9.5, and 10.2.
