Inactive 8(a) Sole Source (FAR 19.8)

This is a market research notice for a potential new requirement for administrative and general management consulting services, which the Department anticipates awarding as a direct 8(a) sole source contract. The contemplated contract is a firm fixed-price award with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. The Government intends to issue a solicitation to one 8(a) small business in February or March 2024, with an award anticipated by April 2024.
