This effort is to acquire U.S. Manufactured COVID-19 Rapid Antibody Test Kits and Diagnostics equipment for medical professionals to determine if patients have been infected with COVID-19. This requirement is for test kits that provide rapid presumptive qualitative detection of antibodies to COVID-19 in human whole blood, serum, or plasma. See attached Statement of Work (SOW).
